Return Policy

We want you to love your Kleevi bracelet! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.

How to Return

1. Email us at chi.melissa@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that items that have been worn or damaged are not eligible for return.
